Multi-Array Correlation Computation Utility
Multi-Array Correlation Computation Utility (MACCU) is a tool kit that computes co-expression clusters among any sets of genes (sizes been tested up to thousands). In addition to computing clusters, Maccu fishes potential co-expressed genes for a given bait set. All clustering results and fishing results are saved in a simple .graph format. All .graph files can be further processed using graph-level operations so that we can compare graphs made based on different conditions or based on different reference data.
To get last release of Maccu, you have to download it form the download area of Maccu project.
